Newton Historic Preservation Committee will celebrate the historic downtown being listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Events include reenactments, tours and photo displays.

Thunder Nites In Newton is a nonprofit reorganization of Weekend Pit Stop created by a group of friends to promote Newton and all the community has to offer. Ride in on your motorcycle or just stroll in and enjoy music, food and fun on Friday, June 12.
